RE: Something new to learn

WAP, though slow and painful at times, can be very cool. I had an ad
campaign moment today when I was in the back of a cab, checking flight
schedules and availability as I was heading to the airport (late, of
course). Ended up making a flight I would have otherwise missed.

One nice thing about WAP is that you can target multiple devices without
writing different client apps. And it seems to be a natural for BML
automation too.

Oh, and you don't need a device. Just use one of the WAP emulators on the
web...http://www.waptiger.de/waptiger/ for example.

Here's some tech specs: http://www.wapforum.org/what/technical.htm
