yeah, i agree. the journal owner should be able to set a
preference. needless to say i think it would be valuable.
journal setting:
"All except banned users can reply"
"Use posters preference for banned users"
user setting:
"Do not allow replies to comments on any journal from your banned users"
journal setting default should be use posters preference. user setting
should be to not allow by default as well, i would imagine.
