i have a couple suggestions regarding the calendar view...
1) make %%dd%% an option, not just %%d%%  so if you are using no tables you 
can make things aligned (like in a monospaced font). either that or a 
variable that is a space if it's a 1-digit day and nothing if it's a 
2-digit...something like that...
2) make it so that you can have an empty day variable that you repeat the 
number of times you have an empty day...so if i wanted to have -- on every 
empty day i could.
