The Great Southwest
After I graduated, five of my friends and I packed into a van and took I-5 south all the way from Portland down into Los Angeles. The six of us included myself, Garrett Palm, Ryan Hofer, Nick Robertson, Mike Sheley, and Mark Ferrell. We stayed at an apartment in Costa Mesa that Garrett's grandma runs so we got it for free. There was a pool there too and a really nice shopping center really close (Triangle Square) so there was plenty to do all the time.

Most the days though we were going to amusement parks: Knott's Berry Farm, Disney Land, Wild Rivers, and Six Flags. The weather was great the whole time. One day we went to the beach and boogie-boarded and well, it was just cool.
